Pastry and Chocolate shops Tours 2016-2017
Night and early workers have a schedule that differs from most population. Evening events are often avoided and day sleep puts them often in the margin of social events. The tours of pastry shops, and then of Chocolate shops was scheduled in early afternoon so these workers could explore their city around a common point of interest and could feel included within the cooking school community ITHQ. Results were excellent and soon, they were more present in the political and organisational fields thanks to these social-bounding events.
